Name, email, company name, role, provided when you create an account or request a demo.
Usage data
Login activity, access requests, and audit events generated by your use of the product. This data is core to how Gatehive functions and is retained per your plan's settings.
Technical data
IP address, browser type, and device information, collected automatically for security and performance purposes.
To provide and maintain the Gatehive platform
To authenticate users and enforce access policies
To send account, billing, and security notifications
To respond to support requests
To improve product performance and reliability
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models without explicit, separate consent.
3. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
Sub-processors who help us run the service, listed in our subprocessor list
Law enforcement, only when legally required
A successor entity, in the event of a merger or acquisition, with notice to you
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Audit logs are retained according to your plan's configured retention period. You can request deletion at any time.
5. Data Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and logged. Full details are available on our Trust Center.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Access the data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Export your data in a portable format
Object to certain processing
